These terms apply when you use the SAVOY website or book a treatment with us. By booking, you accept them. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
SAVOY provides mobile massage and spa treatments at your home, hotel or office in the Greater Montréal area (1200 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, Montréal, QC H3B 1H9).
Treatments are given by licensed therapists who work with SAVOY.
2. Bookings
You book online by choosing a service, a therapist, a date and time, and an address inside our service area. Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
You must be 18 or older to book. A person under 18 can only receive a treatment with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who must be present.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. GST and QST are added at checkout, along with any travel fee for your area.
You pay after the session, in cash to the therapist or by card through the secure payment link we send you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; SAVOY never sees or stores your full card number.
4. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, using Track Order or by contacting us.
If you cancel later, or if the therapist cannot reach you or enter the address at the booked time, we may charge up to the full price of the booking.
5. Health and safety
Before booking you must tell us about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or allergy that could affect your treatment. The therapist may adapt or refuse a treatment if it is not safe for you.
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If in doubt, ask your doctor before booking.
6. Your place and conduct
Please provide a safe, clean and quiet space with room for a massage table, and keep pets away during the session.
Our treatments are strictly therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment or request will end the session immediately, and the full price will be charged.
7. Late arrival
If our therapist is late, you still receive the full length of your treatment, or we refund the missing time. If you are not ready on time, the session may be shortened to respect the next booking, at the full price.
8. Complaints and refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your session. We review every complaint and may offer a new session, a discount or a refund.
9. Liability
SAVOY and its therapists are not responsible for any harm caused by health information that was missing or wrong. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
10. Personal information
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the day you booked.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada.
